By accessing and using DICE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

DICE is an event discovery and ticketing platform that connects users with events, festivals, and experiences. We provide a marketplace for event organizers to sell tickets and for users to discover and purchase tickets to events.

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

Ticket Purchases

Pricing and Payment

All ticket prices are listed in the currency specified. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the individual event organizer's refund policy. Please review the specific refund terms for each event before purchasing tickets.

Ticket Transfers

Some tickets may be transferable to other users. Transferability is determined by the event organizer and will be indicated on the ticket listing.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Sell counterfeit or fraudulent tickets

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DICE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Event Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, we will work with the event organizer to provide refunds or alternative arrangements. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DICE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site prior to the effective date of the changes.
